Colonial Movers
I did another pass over this model to add in more detail. I am currently doing another test print to see if it can pick out the details or if they are just to small. Ship is only 2.6 inches /66mm long.

Colonial Movers
I had a little free time today to start working on a newish project. Actually I will need some Civilian ships for the BSG tabletop game I have been working on. This is the engine section of the Colonial Movers. I still have some details to work on in this area but it is a start on the over all shape.
I also proto-typed out another BSG Ship panel this week and have it assembled. I just need to start rewording my Cylon AI cards and thinking about the design and graphics to make it all harmonious and easy to understand.

Slave House
Layer Height: 0.175
Two Part model, base of the house and removable roof.
*The picture above is the Front and Back view of the same model.
History and the use of the name slave house.
As much as I would like to find a different term to describe what these houses really where.
There is no way to turn our backs on what truly happened in the past. We shouldn't turn a blinds eye to what was done in the past. So called Civil Society was okay with the practice of slavery. Remember what was done to a group of people, this is not to honor slavery but honor those ancestors that endured so it may never happen again.
This model of a this slave house can be found on many Caribbean Islands today as historic buildings.
These houses were very small between 12-16ft long. Only had a single door with an exposed window.
